What started off as a rocky experience was quickly and professionally smoothed over. Imperial Towing was assigned as my recovery company for a voluntary surrender, and once the assignment went through, Ron reached out to coordinate the pickup.<br><br>There were a few moments of phone tag and some initial confusion, but Ron handled everything with patience and professionalism. He picked up the vehicle first thing the next morning and even drove to a nearby city to meet me at work so he could collect the keys.<br><br>Thanks to his effort and communication, the vehicle was returned to the lender and a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders—all within 48 hours. I’m extremely thankful for how smoothly everything ended up going.<br><br>Highly recommend Imperial Towing, and especially Ron, for making a stressful situation so much easier.

I get my truck towed from a different company back to my house after they repossessed it and when I got my belongings from the office I asked how did they get my stuff you on the tool box they said it was unlocked but I locked it before they took it. It arrives at my house with trash in the bed along with sex toy rose and my lock on my box looks like it was mangled with a pry bar and they didn’t even get all my stuff out of it. Nothing was missing and they did offer to replace the lock on the box I’m more upset about the sex toy in the bed it is absolutely disgusting. They where nice but did lie to me and say my box was unlocked when they could have contacted me and I would have brought them a key

I had a terrible experience with this repossession company. They came to my home with a tow truck and took my SUV without notifying me in any way — no door knock, no call, no warning. What’s worse, they took the vehicle with many of my personal belongings inside, including extremely important and sensitive documents related to me and my children.<br><br>When I went to retrieve my belongings, not even half of my items were returned. Vital personal information was lost — things that cannot be replaced — and the company took no responsibility for any of it. They simply said, “There’s nothing there,” and that was the end of it. No apology, no accountability, no effort to help.<br><br>I’m deeply upset and disappointed. The carelessness and lack of basic human decency shown by this company are absolutely unacceptable. Please think twice before trusting them with anything.
