my diesel wouldn't start after we got blasted with the polar vortex. turned out that my fuel heater was busted and that's what was giving me trouble starting my truck at my work's parking lot.<br><br>the tech was super polite and explained the situation and what he was doing. once the issue was resolved, he broke down what could be done.<br><br>super easy, super efficient, appreciate the honesty and being able to get to me at work.<br><br>I'm getting more work done for the truck but it'll be smoother sailing in the winter.<br>10/10 would recommend
