My SUV would randomly not start up, so we knew we were looking at a battery or alternator issue. Kenneth and Bill helped on a busy afternoon. They were incredibly knowledgeable and pointed out some things on my car that could also use some quick fixes. You can tell by the amount of clients in/out of the store that it’s the go-to place for car questions and community. Even when we stepped away, the other coworkers were quick to ask about us or even nod in agreement or with a quick quip in the background. Can’t say enough about the recommendations and services. & the patience of the whole team! Thanks, y’all!

Tristan eagerly checked my battery, noted that there was acid leakage and that is probably why it has failed in the cold. Then he found that the battery was still under warranty and he quickly installed a new one, in the bitter cold. Tip top service from a great guy.

I would give negative stars for customer service went in on July 1st the guy sold me the wrong part even after I told him it was wrong because I am female returned today July 2nd was obviously having problems getting the right information on the vehicle and she couldn't be bothered to come outside to vehicle to help. Neither employee cared about leaving the counter to ensure they sold the correct part
