Went in to get a diagnostic check. Person at the counter was rude to me and the coworker that helped me. The person who helped me really didnt knkw how to do his job but was nice and kept his composure even though the other worker was being rude. I won't go back to this one because of the rudeness, not knowing the job well, and the prices

We used to love this location, especially when Lotto was there. The new manager, however, is INCREDIBLY rude, unhelpful, and unfriendly.<br><br>They also used to honor the military with a "military discount." While it showed it on the screen, there was no discount applied, and the manager was unwilling to rectify it. And, amazingly, she was ruder when I asked her to help adjust the price and claimed there was nothing she could do. The other employee made a face behind her, letting me know that this attitude and treatment is par for the course with this manager.<br><br>We have 7 cars that we USED TO service from this store. No more. Best of luck to you at this place.

Needed a new battery. Wanted Diehard Elite for my truck. Employee told me he could test my battery but couldn’t replace it. Shouldn’t advertise free battery testing and installation if employees are not willing to do it. Had to go down the road to Autozone.
