I have a “vintage” 2004 Trailblazer that sits for months at a time, and this morning I had to jump-start it just to get to the store. I went in to have the battery checked, and Lexi (hope I’m spelling her name correctly) was working. She was amazing! She couldn’t have been more helpful or kind.<br><br>I’ve been a longtime customer of this store—AutoZone used to be just up the street, but I always chose to come here instead. It’s been awhile since my last visit, but the outstanding customer care and support Lexi gave me today reminded me exactly why. Whenever I need anything from an auto parts store, I’ll continue giving my business to O’Reilly’s in Southland.

Either the guy working was complete idiot or though that I was a complete idiot (probably because I am a woman honestly)… I came in to get a new battery for my car and he asked me if “I like how fast my car is now” and basically tried to upsell me on a new battery that would make my car faster… IF YOURE A WOMAN DONT GO HERE THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.
