Today could have been the worst day of my frikkin life. Im recently alone having to take care of business. My truck dies on me in the middle of the road. With the awesome help of friends and neighbors I was able to get my truck home safe. But the real MVP is miss Jess here at this advance auto parts. I called distraught cold and unknowing. She went above and beyond at closing time to make sure I got the part I needed at a reasonable price. I couldn't have asked for a better human being to answer that phone call. JESS you frikkin rock sis!!! She was very knowledgeable and knew just what to do.. Thank you

I’ve been in several advanced auto parts stores and have always had a wonderful experience… until I went in this one. I went in and no one seemed glad I came into the store, as well as like they did not want to be there. I needed new windshield wipers. The guy acted like it was a big deal to look them up. He said you need these two sizes and you can pick them out on this aisle. Most them time the person looking them up will tell me which ones they suggest or ask if I’m looking to stay in a certain price range, not him. I got a pick some out and he’s gone when I go to check out. A lady rings me up and that’s all. No one ever offered to install them for me. I’ve always had the worker say come on, I’ll put these on for you and then you’ll be good to go. Worst experience ever at one of these stores. Very unfriendly and not helpful.
