If I could leave 0 stars I would. It cost $0 to be kind and this lady is distasteful! The owner Jo Anderson is outrightly rude and disrespectful. Tigerstate pride themselves on getting people trucks/trailor and knowing they can’t fix it and rack up on storage fees. Her yard is full of trucks and trailers that she towed there with no intention or funds to repair. Poor Adam is talented and so polite but Jo need a reality check.

Great attitude, service and communication.<br>Price was fair and ended up matching what we had anticipated over the phone (with trucks you can never be sure).<br>Mechanic even brought some food and shared with our driver.<br>Water pump was replaced and driver was on his way the same day.<br>Thank you Jo!

Tried to use them to replace a tire on my truck. No mechanic on duty. Lady said a mechanic would be there in 15 minutes. Waited for 45 minutes with no one showing up. Called back and told her he was supposed to be here 30 minutes ago. She gave me an excuse about had to pick up a borrowed generator. Said hell be here in 10 minutes. I said if he's not here in 10 minutes I'm leaving. I left. Definitely not someone I'd give my business to!!!!!
