5 Stars – Outstanding Service!<br><br>I had a tire blowout yesterday on I-20 near Exit 110 and called King Boyz Towing for help. The lady who answered the phone was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful—she had a tow truck dispatched in under 15 minutes!<br><br>Robert, the tow truck driver, was amazing. He was a true gentleman who helped me and my two kids into the truck and made sure we were safe and comfortable, especially since we were far from home. When we arrived at the repair shop, he made sure they had the correct tire for my car and didn’t leave until it he confirm that it will be installed asap, and we were taken care of. That level of care and compassion is rare.<br><br>I’m so grateful for Robert and the team at King’s Towing. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience. I'm so sorry that I didn't get the nice man's name that towed my car today, but he was awesome. Very polite, friendly and my spoiler on the front of my car was dragging and he clipped it to the car so it wouldn't drag while putting it on the hauler. Amazing job and highly recommend their company!

Called for help with a U-Haul being stuck, they said they had someone on the way in 30 minutes and it would be $175 with them being a mile and a half away… We called back and they said they were on the way, but no one showed up within 4 hours. They did not even call back like they said they would.<br>Called another company and they said $75, got it done in 2 minutes after waiting 4 hours for a no show.
