Dylan Patterson is the greatest!!! His calming spirit made a very traumatic experience for me so much less stressful. I was unlucky to get a blown tire on I65s in Alabama somewhere near exit 238, my husband was in Nashville 3 1/2 hrs away. My husband reached out to this man randomly and asked him to helped me, he was there in less than 20 minutes, because I didn’t have a jack he couldn’t change my tire but he called a few different tire places to see if they carried this special tire and after many calls on the side of a busy, loud interstate, he found one, and took me there. I can’t tell you how grateful I was to him. Thank you Dylan!! You’re the best!!

I am thoroughly impressed with how great these guys are. I called and let them know we needed a tow. They told me to send my location right over, rates were great as well! Ended up that our car wouldn’t go into neutral so Dylan called us back to let us know it would be extra since it wouldn’t go into neutral. I guess he could hear the stress in my voice and told me to just hang tight and he would be to us shortly. 5 minutes later he pulled up and was able to get it in neutral with no problems! He actually saved us money and was the nicest guy! As in typing this, not even 5 minutes after leaving from<br>Where he picked the car up from, he had taken it to their shop, looked at it and talked to his boss.. called me and said they would have it fixed tomorrow!!!! This is the only car we have and I cannot express to you how much it means to find someone who is honest, kind, caring and dependable!!! If you need a tow, work done to you car or just need it looked it.. CALL THESE GUYS!!!!! I am truly thankful for the help Dylan and the owner gave to us!
