Stay away from this company super rude very shady they do not comply with alabama laws and take advantage of people who are already goong through a tramatic experience!! Law says to be in rotation to be able to do wrecker service for crashes like my kid just went through there are specific guidelines they have to follow that they DID NOT! Unfortunately we had to deal with them twice since my kid got into two accidents. They are required to do the following; accept at least 2 major credit cards, provide an itemized bill, CANNOT CHARGE STORAGE FEES UNTIL 24HRS AFTER THE VEHICLE IS ON THE PROPERTY, Cannot charge hookup/showup fees, cannot charge administrative or cleanup fees, are not allowed to be rude, must allow you to retrieve all personal belongings whether you have paid or not and a whole lot more. Both times we got told they do not give itemized receipts just a pink paper saying tow fee $175 storage 40x how ever many days they are charging you for. They said cash only would not let us pay with our debit or credit .The 1st time they towed my kids car 11/25/25 was at 934pm the receipt they wrote on says 11/25/25 tow charge $175 storage 40 x 2 $80, we were there the next day to pick up the car at 3pm on 11/26/25 when we asked for an itemized receipt because the charge was really high they said they dont do that they were extremley rude and made racial comments under rheir breath that my daughter heard when the wife noticed my daughter sitting in the car and that she heard her talking about my kid and ex husband she gave her a dirty look and walked back inside, when we told them why are we being charged 2 days storage fees when its only been 18 hrs since the car was towed at the very most they said the second the car touches their yard its automatically 1 day and the next morning they charged a 2nd day when they open their office thats when they said and we only accept cash and we better hurry to the bank because at 430 they would add another 40 for anorher day of storage meaning they were tehing to charge 3 days of storage at 430 when 24 hrs had not even passed. They said they only would take cash because too many people are disputing charges when they take cards and now i see why. On rhe second tow they literally tried to pressure my kid into surrendering the car to them and paying them 50 to crush the car but then they started looking under the hood and even jumped it saying the motor and everything was good they wanted to auction it. I told my kid absolutely not!! They called other tow places and found one that was willing to come get it and pay them some money for it when my kid told them that the price to get the car out of the yard went up to $370 saying 3 days of storage administrative fees and tow fee the 2nd tow the card had also only been there less than 24 hrs. I stafted looking up alabama tow laws and statutes and we waited til the next day to figure everything out. When we went back they still said they just surrender it to them and pay the 50 that it would save us money and stress we said no they still refused a itemized bill said the pink one was the only one they do still would not let me pay with my card depsite me finding google reviews saying they took cards for other people even taking cards on the spot at the crash scenes and we told them we were just paying to release it another company was coming to get it and purchase it. They took off the admin fees but still charged us 3 days of storage $120 when the car had only been there a day and a half total. We told them we would be sending a demand letter that paying to release did not mean we agreed on the charges at all same as the previous fraudulent over charges it was just to stop them from charging anymore and that what they are doing is wrong and illegal. We will be demanding a refund for the over charges and filling a complaint with the attorney general bbb and ALEA for predatory towing and fraudulent charges. So everyone steer clear !! If you get in a wreck ask for someone else!!!
