My friends and I got hopelessly stuck in the mud in the middle of the night. We had tried all the typical tricks to get out, but had no luck. Gave Huntsville Discount Wrecker a call and within a few minutes had a truck headed our direction. They told us their ETA would be about 30-45 minutes, and they delivered on that promise. I believe the man who came out was named John, and he could not have been more helpful. While he was incredibly professional, he was also a delight to talk with. Within 10 minutes of his arrival, my car was no longer stuck. John treated my car with respect and care. He also treated me and my friends with respect and care. I sincerely hope I never have to utilize their services again (who wants to get their car stuck in the mud?), but there's no question in my mind that if I needed help with my car getting stuck, I would immediately be calling HDW. So from the bottom of my heart and the hearts of my friends, thank you so much. Honestly, if I could give them more stars, I would.

AMAZING service. I was stranded on the side of the road all alone. John came in the exact time he said he was. He was friendly, fast, fair had amazing customer service. If I am ever in a pickle again I will certainly reach out to them. Thank you so much!

Wrongfully towed. With sticky note that fell on floor. Told my daughter to leave keys in truck because brake system failure. Going to take it to mechanic now and all they claimed was communication..<br>Money hungry. Now im limping it back to a mechanic. Thanks for the unwanted services
