I bought a used car and ran into several issues right away — check engine light, brake concerns, and a lot of anxiety about what could be wrong. He came out quickly, diagnosed everything thoroughly, and explained things in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed.<br><br>He found the real problem (a failed ignition coil), corrected a brake booster hose issue, and made sure the car was safe to drive again. The car now runs smooth, quiet, and the brakes feel perfect. Chris was very easy to get ahold of, I called him yesterday evening and we talked about what services I was needing done. He’s very clear and transparent about what does/doesn’t truly need to be replaced. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the cars and their functions and I learned a lot just from asking him some questions. He was able to come out the next morning to swap out the spark plugs and test my ignition coils. Only one ignition coil needed to be replaced which a different place I was quoted, they said they were all bad and needed to be replaced so Chris saved me hundreds of dollars to replace things that weren’t necessary. He noticed there was a leak from my radiator, he was hoping it was as easy as just getting better sealing clamp but turned out it was a hairline crack in the radiator— Chris was able to get the new radiator priced, picked up and installed that afternoon! His pricing was reasonable and he did a great job, my car no longer threw the engine misfire codes it did before and drives smooth now! Highly recommend :)
