Jeff deserves 10 stars!! He was the hero and made a cross-state trip easy and safe! When my car failed 20mins out of Tuscaloosa on I-20, he was the 1st to respond to the RA dispatch. His FIRST ask was if I safe and OK?? He knew exactly where I was (a lone gas station just of an exit) and was kind enough to time his arrival with my BF's from MS, gave us local hotel recommendations, and towed my car to a safe place for the night. The next morning he got it to the dealership an hour away, and in time for them to diagnose and repair it.<br>He was very respectful, kind, personable and professional, and worked quickly to load it onto the flatbed truck, which was clean and in top shape. I couldn't have asked for any better assistance, especially at night, out of town, and on the heels of shops being closed for a long weekend.
