My semi truck broke down by the toll bridge in Tuscaloosa. The truck was going in to limp mode. I called asking about to tow to dealer and got tow truck on scene quickly. It was an older gentleman and did a awesome job bringing my equipment to to kenworth in bad weather and dropping me off at hotel to avoid Uber ride. Would definitely use again if needed in area.

About a month ago, I paid Auto Outlet $1950 to replace my motor w/a 3 month warranty. I had to wait a month or so to get my car back. When I got the car back, my check engine light was on but I picked the car up at the Greensboro location around closing so no one was there to look at the car. I didn't leave it because the person who loaned me their car wanted it back. I went to get a diagnostic test done the same day and the same thing was wrong with it before my motor locked up. I called Auto Outlet in Duncanville and left a voicemail about it. I called the very next day and the guy sounded irritated and said if the car drive fine then just drive it for a week to see how it run, which I did. I was only available on Fridays & Saturdays at the time considering I go to school during the day, work at night. I rescheduled twice because he said they didnt have anyone to look at it and I didn't have time to leave the only transportation I had for them to get back to it when they could. After that, I have left voicemails and called numerous of times but no one answers. When someone finally answer the phone, I had to reschedule again because apparently everyone has COVID. I got off the phone with the guy about 20 minutes ago and he had the audacity to get loud and have an attitude about something he didn't fix !!!! If you had an issue fixing my car then you should not have taken my money !!!! I would only recommend Auto Outlet as a get by place, nothing more than that. Don't waste your time or your hard earned money just to come out with the same outcome people.

Excellent customer service provided by Philip who assisted me with the correct coolant purchase, in addition to adding it to my engine for me. I was feeling helpless when my rental car alerted me that my vehicle would overheat due to a lack of coolant. I walked in there and Philip took care of the entire situation for me. Very good customer service everyone was alert and watching there surroundings so as to not hurt anyone. This was the case on both sides of the road very professional. I read a comment where somebody said they scaled there copper or brass before they went and that timersons or liberties scales were off on the the light side. I did my own experiment on two seprate occasion and both times there scales were lil off from mine heavier than what my scales said by almost a whole pound and this was months apart so that being said love the place love the people yall are doing a fine job thank u

Their layout sux there are no instructions for the where to drop the cans or where the pay window is located. The pay window is at the entrance and the metal drop off is around back. I won't go back.
