If I could give zero stars I would. Called early in the day this past Sunday (Superbowl). He said he would arrive in 30 minutes, sent a text saying he would run slightly late as he had to refuel. Waited and waited for absolutely nothing, tried to call and went straight to voicemail 3 times. Thankfully there are much better tow truck companies in the Buckeye area. ATS Custom Towing is one, they are timely, treat your vehicle with care, and communicate well.

I moved to Buckeye 9 months ago. I don’t have much family near me and my husband works far daily. I have used Castillo’s towing company twice. Cesar, has good technical and diagnostic skills. He is patient, honest and has lots of integrity. This last time I used his services I was stranded with my four kids. He helped me in a timely manner. He is extremely reliable and dependable. On his home website it says “you will be treated like family “ and I truly have felt that way. I recommend Castillo’s towing 100%

I called at 9:30 to get a tow to a shop 2 miles away (castillos was a 5 minute drive from me) and he said he was on his way but never showed up. called again at 10:20 and he said "I was waiting for you to send the address" but I had already texted the # 3 times with all my info and then he said "oh yeah okay ill see u in 10 minutes."<br>it took an hour and a half to pick me up and he said "you caught me sleeping, sorry" and then charged me $80 for the 2 mile drive to the shop. I could've pushed my car to where I needed to go at that point dude. he acted like I got a good deal because he knocked off $16 from your original fee...
