Great Service! Lady on the Phone was very kind and helpful got me a quote in less than 3 minutes, the total time between my first call there and when my car was one the truck was less than an hour. Quality service and the cheapest quote I had gotten all day. Driver dropped off my car at a service shop after hours in the perfect spot and placed my key in the drop box and I didn't stress about it at all. Definitely would recommend for long distance towing and I will most likely be contacting them again if I ever need assistance(:

I needed to get my car towed after an issue with either the transmission or my front cv axles. Car was still running, but no power transfer to the wheels and oddly gear grinding when trying to put in park. Anyways, I called and a nice lady answered. She asked a few questions, then let me know I'd be getting a call from one of their drivers with an ETA. About a few minutes later, I received a call from their driver, Dale, letting me know he'd arrive in about 25 minutes, possibly 20 if traffic isn't too bad. I didn't check the time, but I'm pretty sure he was there in 15 minutes. He asked me a few questions about what issues I was experiencing and then proceeded to get to work. He gave me a few tips and showed me some tricks like how to get your car out of park if the battery is dead, which I appreciate. The more you know! We chatted a bit, and it was interesting to hear a bit about him and the towing business. The price was reasonable, and the process, smooth and easy. Thank you, Five Star Towing, and thank you, Dale!
