I never put reviews but for the first time i had to. I had a parked truck and just needed to be moved. So all i needed was a driver not a tow truck. The lady on the cell. It’s 400 and some dollars plus 140 for storage. I agreed. Fast forward next day my guy went to pick up the truck. They charged me 1300. The reason they gave me was we thought you meant a different check point. I literally called gave them the complete address. And it was about 45 min away from them. They could’ve charged me 2 hours labor plus storage. But they made a bill for 4 hours. How is it fair to customers? If you messed up the address why should the customer pay? I didn’t had time to argue and they knew it. Because i had a live load in that truck. So i paid. Broad daylight scam. Don’t use them if you see this. Trust me. Edit- That’s a complete lie i told them it’s on highway 78. I specifically gave coordinates to your dispatch team. I gave the marker number as well. I have the call records. So if your team messed up that’s on you guys. It was a simple hook job. All you guys had to do was pick up a truck with trailer attached. No hook was required. Don’t lie. Own up to your mistakes and stop overcharging people.

My husband believed this was the place that towed his vehicle. Turns out it was a mistake, but thank God it was. My brief two interactions with the call taker were really unpleasant, she was rude and said that I would need to provide a make and model of the vehicle but literally didn't give me an opportunity but launching into her tirade. Avoid this company due to the customer service of the front office alone.
