This company provided inaccurate information and, through its actions, created an extremely unpleasant situation. I called to confirm whether the truck was located on their premises and was told that it was not there, despite GPS data clearly showing that the vehicle was still on their property. The day before, I personally visited the company, where I was asked to sign certain documents whose content and legal implications were not properly explained to me. Subsequently, company representatives took the position of a “victim,” claiming that I had allegedly accused them of stealing my personal belongings, which I did not do. As a result, I was forced to urgently spend approximately 30 minutes getting to the location in order to retrieve my personal belongings from the truck I had been traveling in, which had been towed due to an alleged theft. All of the above actions and the manner of communication by the company’s employees left a strongly negative impression and indicate unprofessional and bad-faith conduct.
