I was trying to figure out how to give them a -0 rating. They don’t even deserve a one star. I had to call the police on these people to get information on my car. They were rude and insulting to me and my daughter they claim to Have called the police and filed harassment charges because my daughter wanted information on her car so she called several times. They were rude and sensitive. I talked to three people at this company and they all had attitudes and hung up in my face every single one of them. I do not recommend !! I have never been treated or talked to in such a manner. These people should not be in business.

I would offer no stars if possible. These absolute crooks and liars told us one price when the car was picked up and then are trying to charge us literally five times to price to get the car out. On top of that the customer service is so rude I would sooner throw myself into traffic than deal with them EVER AGAIN. Never ever use them and good luck if you have to deal with them. LIARS!

Timmothy was amazing! They told me 30-45 min they’d be here and in less than 30 he arrived! Pricing was good too!
