I recently got into an auto collision and needed parts ASAP. Vicky was very kind, took the time to walk me through the parts I needed over the phone, and gave me price quotes. Later in the week, I came in person, and found out she had taken notes of our conversation and wrote all my parts down just in case!<br><br>I appreciated the level of service and competitive prices, especially with next-business-day shipping to my house (she offered free delivery under the condition of buying the hood, bumper cover, fender, and both headlamp assembly sets). Everything came out just under $500.<br><br>The items delivered to my house were all intact, with no blemishes or dents.<br>If I needed some spares, I'd come back.

My husband and I own our own business. He's a mechanic and fixes ALL kinds of issues, he's been doing this his whole life and finally after the pandemic decided to go on his own.<br><br>With that said, we are starting to build clientele as well as networking to find the best providers for parts, so far everything has gone well. Business is growing and finding good auto parts has been a struggle but well worth it when we find a good one with extensive inventory & good customer service.<br><br>Today we had our first terrible experience with this place, all fit auto body, called ahead asking for a fender (which ever color, no dents) they said they had it and when my husband arrived the fender had a noticeable dent. We need it ASAP at this time of the day on a Friday night, no way we can call or look elsewhere, he told them that we would take it for a lower price which is the most decent thing on their part to do, since we drove 30+ miles for it during traffic for an item that is not as described.<br><br>Having zero work ethics, they discounted nothing but $5 bucks if we paid cash only (we didnt bring cash because they said it made no difference on pricing or convenience which we did ask about over the phone before going).<br>Explained the lady at the front that it was important to get this fender but it was gonna cost time and money to fix so work with us, give us a small discount 10-15 bucks nothing crazy. Simply said no. No negotiations. For an item that we were ok with purchasing but being that it's not as described.. well the proper thing to do is to price it for a little less. Not free, just a little less.<br><br>Terrible experience, will not recommend, will not bring our business to a place that doesn't really care for it.
