I had called them for a tow because and the driver when off loading my car broke my right rear wheel off the axle and I spoke to some dumb manager that should be back in first grade still doing coloring work because he is not ready for grownup work yet. He texts me saying that he was going to look at the footage and he would call me the next day well it’s been 3 days and nothing I have been calling him texting him and nothing and too make things worse they left my car almost in the middle of the street looking like a dump job wrost towing experience I have ever had aaa should not be in business with this company that they treat there costumers like this!!!! And they left there tool too like wow

Very good company. Very dependable. Call center/dispatch is friendly as well as the tow truck drivers.<br>Prices have been on the lower end when I've received multiple quotes from other companies.<br>Wait times can very, once I waited for an hour (which I was told was the wait time), another time I was told the wait time was two hours, ended up arriving within 30 minutes.

Was just driving on highway 4 bypass and some idiot driving the truck on Sunday evening Oct 26th at 7:45 turned on his rear bright lights to blind me while driving. This individual driver for this company blinded me with these lights where I couldn’t see in front of me! He did this on purpose because he felt I didn’t let him over promptly enough while he had his signal on! I would use their services and will file a complaint with AAA
