I was in a car accident and my car got towed to A and F, on Sunday and I went to get my house keys and belongings the lady was so rude and had an attitude and rudely told me to tell my ride to hurry up so she can go home. I was already injured and upset from the accident and then to be treated this way while also being charged $325 to grab my own belongings from my vehicle is so inhumane and such a bad customer service experience. I am absolutely disappointed with my experience there. She didn’t even give me her name. But this happened on 2/8/26

Fernando L was wonderful! He showed up earlier than the AAA’s original estimate and towed us after our car broke down in the middle of the road.<br><br>Extremely friendly and gave us suggestions on what may be wrong with our car.<br><br>I’d consider him an example of a great employee, someone I’d hire if I was in the position to do so.

I contacted A&F Towing through AAA. My truck needed towing and I was so impressed with their fast response on a busy Monday morning. The process was seamless from first call to delivery of my truck to the mechanics in Long Beach. AAA only covered part of the tow costs and the rest paid to A&F was a reasonable fee. The driver and office staff (so sorry I’ve forgotten their names!) are personable and kind during a really stressful experience. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!
