Everyone we encountered here today was very helpful and kind with us neophytes arriving with a U-Haul full of moving waste. We wanted to do the right thing for the environment and they helped us understand what goes where. Plus it is very logically laid out and easy to follow. The lady in the office was especially helpful.<br>This is a real monument to how to set up an operation to keep recyclables out of the landfill and not create obstacles for consumers.

mechanization...... less jobs, no service........ Both my cans are now broken by their infernal machine! No trash pick up AGAIN this week. Elderly and disabled people are expected to but cans out in the streets or pay someone to do it. (See how we become the refuse workers to save someone else money? I haven't heard of anyone's bill going down, have you?) Just more crappy leadership and okie doke Berkeley politics. When are we going to start electing people with the least yard signs and the most integrity?

Great help from their employees. Usually has a long line just to even enter the facility but nonetheless, they work hard to get everyone in out for the convenience of others.
