I have an RV and we were COMPLETELY stranded on the 101. We towed our RV to J&K Automotive knowing we have done business there before and have always had GREAT great experiences. Due to the emergency situation we didn’t have an appointment because this incident happened after business hours so our best bet was to wait until opening the next day. That next morning we walked straight to the desk to speak with Mike who absolutely helped us so quickly. They were able to get the part we needed and did the labor all in the same day! There’s always astounding professionalism and amazing service. Thank you guys again!

My car hit a nasty pothole and destroyed both a wheel and tire. The alignment tech inspected every part of that corner of the suspension system before proceeding to align the steering, just to make sure nothing was broken before working on it. He test drove it before and after the alignment and redialed it in to as perfect as you can get. Work was quick and staff was 10/10. Local isn’t always better, but this place was amazing and super affordable. I would return here should I need to.
