Good marketing can help a business but a bad employee and driver will ruin your effort! One of your drivers decided to illegally move 3 lanes over cutting a driver off to make a turn. Then, your driver proceeds to speed up to 70mph in a 50 zone to keep others from passing. When the lane merges, your driver slows to 10 under the speed limit (40mph). Ironic this driver also has a massive sticker in the rear window reminding drivers of the law...<br><br>If your service is anything like the employees driving behavior, there are serious problems and an obvious lack of concern for others safety.

AAA called Quality Towing to tow me and was confirmed I was good to go, a driver named Angel arrived was super not communicative said there was an issue and made the shut up gesture before flipping me off and leaving me on the road. Called AAA back and they sent a different company. Would not recommend Quality Towing and Recovery in Escondido. Angel made me feel so unsafe and the direct dispatcher Vicky was apathetic. Don’t have a picture of the gestures but tried to take one after he kept giving the shut up gesture. Please be safe on the roads it’s a scary time.

They can not follow simple instructions for drop off at a dealer after hours. Held my car 16 hours in a tow yard. They do not answer the phone or return calls. Anything but quality just incompetence. I would never trust them to tow anything again. Took 12 additional calls for them to finish the tow
