I called Hero Tech Mechanic to ask about help with a car issue and explain my project car. Unfortunately, the customer service was very poor. I was made to feel like my business wasn’t worth their time. The mechanic said he did not want to entertain my project car and came off as dismissive and uninterested in helping at all.<br>I understand shops can be busy, but there’s a respectful way to communicate that. This interaction felt rude and unwelcoming. Just want others to be aware if they’re looking for a shop that’s friendly or willing to at least have a conversation.

When my BMW suddenly had a crack in the oil filter cap, my car dumped all its oil out. No one had it in stock, not even the dealer unless I wanted to drive 3 hours. I called Eurotech and they sourced the part immediately and had it to me within a couple of hours. Highly recommended! Matt and Kurt are amazing.
