I came here for a battery replacement. After the service, my OBD diagnostic port stopped working. However, I had to leave for a trip and couldn't return to the shop for 2 weeks.<br><br>When I finally got back and asked them to check it, the manager claimed they 'didn't know' if they caused it. Instead of taking 5 minutes to help a customer, he demanded a $180 diagnostic fee just to look at the fuse.<br><br>The reality check: I drove straight to AutoZone. A helpful staff member used a tool, diagnosed the blown fuse, and helped me fix it in 3 minutes for FREE. Total cost? $5 for the part.<br><br>It was indeed a fuse blown during the battery swap. Wheel Works tried to charge me $180 to fix a $5 problem they created. Shameful service.
