This location is very convenient, and I initially felt optimistic about purchasing an engine oil filter. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff specifically the sales associate, Stephanie. It was very disappointing.<br><br>Upon arrival, she was unhelpful, short with her responses, and dismissive in both tone and demeanor. Her directions to the items I was looking for were vague, requiring me to ask multiple follow-up questions just to get basic information. It wasn’t until I asked for her name that her demeanor noticeably changed.<br><br>A positive transaction requires effort from both parties. Building a respectful and helpful relationship between a customer and as a sales associate should be a priority, and in this case, it was not. Very disappointed.
