Excellent Service and kept me informed about the progress. The customer service rep would get back right away if you had questions. They made the whole process easy. The tow truck driver assisted with taking of all the plates and any other requests. I know they will take good care of the car that meant a lot to me, it is in good hands. I will miss the car. Edryan assured me that Wheelzy was authentic & that been in business for 15yrs. I’m impress with the customer service. I had two older model vehicles that wouldn’t run anymore. I called Wheezly and they were exceptionally friendly and helpful to me. They sent a tow driver to my residence on the same day and I received more money for my vehicles than I ever expected. They kept in constant contact with me to assure great Service. Their driver showed up and was one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. He was efficient, super friendly, and even helped me get items from one of the cars that I couldn’t gain access to. He was extremely safety cautious too. Seeing my two cars leave wasn’t easy, but these people made my transition so very simple and stress free. I’m overwhelmed by their professionalism and kindness to me and I will definitely, no doubt about it, recommend them very highly to others. I hesitated having my cars removed for a long time, due to the anguished anticipation and hassle.. but there was NONE…zero. I’m truly a happy customer. Bless you all Stephany H
