    I haven’t used this company, but after watching this driver yesterday on the freeway, 1/8/26 around 8:30am west bound on the I-10, I would definitely not use this company. This guy crossed 3 lanes at once to be on the fast lane going roughly 40ish mph, when traffic was going about 60-65 mph. When I passed him, on the RIGHT, he was on his phone. He then sped up on the fastrak lanes passing me when I was going about 75. He was easily going over 85 mph. When he exited the fastrak lanes, he crossed over from the fast lane, carpool lane, all the way across traffic to the slow lane. Not sure how this guy is even allowed to drive these big trucks. I do hope that’s not how he drives when he’s towing something.

    This is one of the worst towing companies you could ever work with. They seem only interested in making money, with little regard for customer service. They charged an extremely high fee—around $700—for a tow that was completed less than an hour ago. No wonder their ratings are so low.

    WORST PLACE TO REQUEST SERVICE. When the driver arrived to the destination was very rude and denied the service. The girl Lisa on the phone was even worst, referred to personal property as “CRAP” which was very rude and insulting specifically when you’re on the phone trying to requeat service that youll be paying for. I wish zero stars was an option, horrible customer service from the office/dispatch to driver. Do not use this service , not worth even calling if even in the phone you’re treated poorly and they disrespect you
