I haven’t used this company, but after watching this driver yesterday on the freeway, 1/8/26 around 8:30am west bound on the I-10, I would definitely not use this company. This guy crossed 3 lanes at once to be on the fast lane going roughly 40ish mph, when traffic was going about 60-65 mph. When I passed him, on the RIGHT, he was on his phone. He then sped up on the fastrak lanes passing me when I was going about 75. He was easily going over 85 mph. When he exited the fastrak lanes, he crossed over from the fast lane, carpool lane, all the way across traffic to the slow lane. Not sure how this guy is even allowed to drive these big trucks. I do hope that’s not how he drives when he’s towing something.

If you enjoy being shaken down for cash by people who don't understand English or basic finance, you’ve found your spot. The "Pricing" is a Joke: They don't have a rate sheet; they just make up numbers on the fly based on how much they think they can squeeze out of you. The "Tough Guy" Act: There’s a massive guy sitting at the front who likes to play the aggressor and threaten customers. However, the second you actually call his bluff and tell him to step outside, he turns into a total coward. He’s all bark and zero bite. Literacy Issues: The owner has signs posted everywhere saying "No 3rd party payments." They clearly think this means "only the owner of the car can pay." In reality, a 3rd party payment refers to the method of payment (like PayPal or a processing service). It’s embarrassing to watch them try to enforce rules they don't even understand. Bottom line: The staff is incompetent, the "muscle" at the front is a fraud, and the whole operation is a predatory mess. Take your business literally anywhere else. Hopefully they go out of business straight up

This is one of the worst towing companies you could ever work with. They seem only interested in making money, with little regard for customer service. They charged an extremely high fee—around $700—for a tow that was completed less than an hour ago. No wonder their ratings are so low.
