Review is for the Service dept only:<br>Made an appointment online for a possible thermostat change for my Wrangler. Got an email and later, a text message confirming the appointment.. which was a1.5 weeks from the day I made the appt.<br>Got there and the service rep said that they have a lot of cars.. and that they won’t be able to take a look at my vehicle until 2 - 3 days. I asked.. then what was the appointment for then? He said, so that you can bring your vehicle here.<br>I feel like if the dealer accepted your appointment.. then they should honor it. At least diagnose the issue that day. If it needs repair and they stated that it won’t be done until 2-3 days because of backlog, I would’ve been okay with it.<br>Poor way of doing business.

I went to the dealership thinking I was just looking at Jeep for a quick visit but things changed drastically. Recently, I had been checking out this one Rubicon online and decided to check it out in person. After driving into the lot I immediately went to the Jeep Rubicon, the one I liked and then proceeded to check out the inside and exterior. Instantly I realized it was the one. The condition and well kept interior was what caught my eye along with the mechanical aspects of the suv. Long story short I went inside business and was greeted by Jeff, followed by Ignacio, Sergio and Alan. They helped me with getting into my new car and I just wanted to say thank you to the whole team for staying late and helping me get the car I really wanted. Thank you so much you guys. If anyone needs help with any car, new or used I would definitely come here. Again, thank you so much team and Debbie. For every one else that helped out too I really do appreciate it all. Thank you.
