Huge shout out for Anthonys Towing. We were in a tough Situation and not only did they have to wait for my vehicles They stayed professional and had patience the whole time . They towed both vehicles to my house took the time to put them where they needed we live on a slight hill, so it was difficult to maneuver, but they took the time and did so and helped us push them where they were safe. The whole time they always had a positive and professional attitude and had more patience than my kids lol they had great communication skills. I highly recommend this company. And I cannot leave out the important lady in the office. Her name is Tiffany She took care of my Needs right away this morning, very pleasant on the phone and polite to the point. I literally called her back just to thank her again.

so disappointed. <br>this company left my family and I stranded on the freeway after an accident.<br>AAA sent Anthony’s towing out. the technician was extremely rude. was on the phone the entire time, didn’t great me or anyone in my party. took two pictures of my truck and told us it was denied / not covered. told me it would be 700-900 dollars. all in under 2 minutes.<br>i asked him why it wasn’t covered and why is the price so high. he smirked and gave a huge sigh. shrugged his shoulders. said AAA is now out of it and it’s now a private contract to have towed. wanted to charge 3 hours + and he wasn’t here but a few minutes. i told him yes we’d pay it and again asked why it wasn’t covered. I did not refuse service. the technician walked away. jumped in his truck and drove away. again left us stranded dangerously on the freeway.<br><br>I called another company. they were 1350! that was significantly more. however the dispatch and technician were pleasant and got us home safely.<br><br>ultimately, I am baffled at the customer service, the rudeness, tenacity for someone not to answer a question why my triple AAA service wouldn’t cover the vehicle. Instead of engaging and educating us as the client he gave attitude and left us stranded. I don’t recommend this company. I expect more from a reputable company like AAA & their vendors!!!

I had my truck towed today by Anthony’s Towing & Transportation in Yuba City and couldn’t be happier with the service. The driver arrived quickly, was professional, and handled my truck with care from start to finish. Communication was excellent and they kept me updated the whole time which made the process super easy. It’s hard to find reliable and honest towing companies these days but these guys are top notch. Highly recommend Anthony’s if you ever need a tow in the area.
