Brandon and his team arrived early for the pickup and immediately assessed the job. He presented a very fair price and upon approval, went to work and accomplished the tasks flawlessly. He and his team were polite and customer focused. I would highly recommend Junk King!!

They’re efficient and worked fast, my storage unit was cleared out quickly, even on short notice, and overall it felt like a win-win. I even let them keep some items, as a tip.<br><br>However: if you’re trans, be aware that they misgendered me repeatedly, both in person and over the phone. After realizing I’m trans, they even switched to using the opposite gender. That mattered to me, and it’s something they need to do better.<br><br>Also, double check everything before they leave. A few sentimental and potentially high value items I clearly said I wanted to keep were missing afterward, and I can’t say for certain what happened to them.<br><br>They’re good at the physical job and fast on short notice, but communication, respect, and final walkthroughs could be improved.
