I have been consistently disappointed with this trash service. Pickups are almost never completed on the scheduled day—at best, my trash is picked up on time maybe once a month out of four weeks. The lack of reliability has been ongoing and extremely frustrating.<br><br>Most recently, I received a call stating my service had been shut down due to a missed payment. However, I had a copy of the invoice clearly showing that the payment had already been made. Despite providing this, I was told I needed to pay an additional $40 just to have someone come out and pick up the can.<br><br>When I asked to cancel service due to these ongoing issues, I was told I had to call a different number. What followed was over two hours on the phone trying to get answers, being transferred, and getting nowhere. The customer service experience was just as disappointing as the missed pickups.<br><br>Reliable service and clear communication are basic expectations, and unfortunately, this company has failed on both. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

They really put the "trash" in trash company. Super unreliable. They picked up the trash across the street from me today, but not on my side of the street. Sometimes we get a call or an email, blaming driver or truck shortages for the delay. Sounds like they don't know how to pay people or keep their equipment in working order. Sometimes we get so explanation at all. They've mixed up the containers on our street, and when my wife called to figure it out, their response was "knock on your neighbor's doors". The containers they provided were used when we got them - beat up, soiled, smelly

Never ending crappy service. Either they arrive three days late or the forget about me totally. I received a notice per the holiday schedule that they would come today,December 24,guess what?they sucked again and my trash is full. I’m waiting to move due to a removal fee. The drivers are incompetent,never paying attention to the placement of my dumpster,making me go out and put it back in place. They suck,don’t use them
