After a rocky start to the process I was able to get my car form these guys with minimal problems. I had lost the key and they were kind enough to tow it out to the street for me while I waited for a locksmith. Getting your car towed always sucks and it’s a headache and stressful. The guys at Iron Mountain towing were very helpful and overall they did a great job helping me out.

Iron Mountain was the company that Loveland PD used to recover my vehicle after being hit in an intersection. They were there within 5 minutes of the call and the driver was very educated on recovery of damaged vehicles. He was funny and we had a great convo as he loaded the car onto the flatbed. He wanted to make sure everyone involved was safe, gave advice on steps to take due to the accident, and shared his previous experience. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the services that Iron Mountain provided us. Not common to find a good tow company and they definitely earned my business from here on out.

I was T-boned mid July and needed to have my car towed from the scene. Iron Mountain towing was the first on the scene and were incredibly gentle with my car to not further damage it even though it wasn’t driveable. A few days later I went to the tow yard to get my belongings out of my car and met with the staff there who were friendly and very helpful in guiding me through the next steps of what I needed to do through insurance. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Iron Mountain towing and the staff there! I will be recommending Iron Mountain to any and everyone!
