The service was horrible. The lady was video taped, business is shady. They do their business behind a locked fence. The bill increased to 734.69 when she stated a different amount when asked previously, she than went into her office while we stood and waited for the receipt for at least a half of a hour. They included a 75.00 service fee on top of everything. The lady was rude, they treat their customers like criminals. The business is located in a very shady area. On the receipt, it says owner called to have RV towed.<br>When I called her to get more information, she hung up on me. Owners said towing company did not call to have RV towed. Very shady business. Than the vehicle wouldn't start due to battery, we were going to get our truck and pull RV off their very small lot, a very short distance less than 30 ft. they insisted that it had to be a towing company. We did get another towing company to pull RV off their lot as they wouldn't allow us to use our truck. Their lot is very small. They had to move vehicles just to move the RV. It was very difficult dealing with this unprofessional company. They made it difficult dealing with them, and more expensive of getting a tow truck. Stay away from this company!

My husband’s car was towed from the private emergency room parking lot while his mother was in the ICU fighting for her life.<br><br>There was zero compassion, zero grace period, and no attempt to verify whether the vehicle belonged to someone actively inside the hospital dealing with a medical emergency. We came out from the hospital during an incredibly emotional time only to discover the car had been taken.<br><br>This added unnecessary stress, expense, and emotional trauma during an already devastating situation. Towing companies working hospital contracts should operate with basic human decency and discretion.<br><br>I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely DISGUSTING company. Towed my car & tried to pick up, but they only allow 1 "appointment"an hour. They tow so many cars a day & close at 3 for pick up. They want you to pay the extra overnight fee. They charged me $361 plus $47 for fee. Made me wait til exactly 10 to get my truck. While no other customers are there being serviced. Zero customer service. Plus cash only, can only assume they are avoding the IRS. They will Absolutely be reported for this situation & encourage everyone else to do the same.
