I had to bring my vehicle into the shop the other day for multiple codes and issues. All the staff there were very professional and personable. Jeff (shop manager) was very approachable and very easy to talk to. He explained what had to be done with the vehicle and stated in constant communication with me thought out the time the had the vehicle. Thank you to Slava, Jeff and the Team and CT Auto for taking care of me and fixing my car. Definitely bringing the car back and spreading the word!!

Here here, I wanted to avoid your brand name garages for somewhere reliable and was directed here. Haven’t been more comfortable in a waiting room than I can remember. Had an oil change, and a sound that needed to get checked out and they ended up getting it cleared up and helped with other maintenance needed. Happy they were able to get the parts for my car and quickly at that! Aren’t you tired of hearing, “we need to get the part, could take a few days” ?! Not at this place. Happy I came here and will be back.

I had my car towed by Newington police. The reason I was pulled over was they said my car was involved in larcenies plural. I never stole anything let alone more than once. They pulled me out of my car searched my car without probable cause other than they thought I was involved in larcenies again more than one which is dead wrong. How is that probable cause to go thru my car before I was read my rites. I believe that is against my civil rites. They said it was a larceny against Lowe's. I stole nothing from Lowe's
