Our car was towed to A1 after an accident, so during the midst of such an uncomfortable and somewhat scary situation, we were pleasantly surprised that the car being towed to A1 was the biggest blessing of it all.<br>We worked directly with the owner Dominic, who was incredibly knowledgeable about the process. We trusted him fully from our first conversation and knew our car was in a safe place. From there, he gave us expert advice on the situation and advocated for us in big ways. Not only is he extremely professional, but he is such a genuine person & really cares about you as a person and doesn't treat you like just another person who owns a car. I got into a bad accident that wasn't my fault and as shaken up and worried I was his calm demeanor and knowledge of this situation for over 30+ years helped me immensely in a time of stress and confusion.
