Unacceptable Service - My Vehicle Was Damaged<br><br>I had my vehicle towed by this company, and as soon as I got it back, brake fluid started leaking out immediately. My brake pedal was to the floor. My car was not leaking prior to being towed - I've owned it for five years with consistent maintenance. Now, I'm left with damaged brakes and an unexpected repair bill, all because of lack of care during the tow process.<br><br>I've already sent an email with photos, receipts, and documentation. I expect to be contacted and this issue to be made right - because this is not how professional services should handle customers' vehicles.<br><br>If you're thinking of using this company, think twice - and if you're reading this from the company: do better. I am not letting this go.

The tow was very affordable, the driver took a lot of care to get my 4x4 suv with a damaged rear suspension loaded up safely, and he dropped my vehicle in my driveway exactly where I needed it. I will always recommend Jimmies to friends and family when they need a tow after my great experience.
