I had a great experience with Thompson. I was involved in a wreck and they towed my vehicle. When going to get my belongings I was met with the nicest ppl from the front office. Then when the guy escorted me to my car to get my belongings he went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciate them and wish I wouldn’t gotten the gentleman’s name they helped

Had my car break down while away for the weekend. Called Thompson Enterprises and spoke to Natalie. She was very kind/considerate and provided a quote. I did some checking with other towing services. Nobody could compare to the price quote that I received from Thompson enterprises.<br>I called back and scheduled towing service to get home. They were very fast efficient and Chuck the tow truck Driver was absolutely outstanding! He went above and beyond to make sure that I made it back home to the dealership safely to drop off my car. He even waited to make sure I had a loaner car before leaving.<br>I am forever grateful for the stellar customer services they provided to me in a time of need.
