"I had a terrible experience with this dumpster company. First, their customer service was very slow, and they couldn't give me a clear answer about the availability of the containers. Then, when they finally delivered the dumpster, it arrived much later than the agreed time, which delayed my entire project.<br><br>The worst part is that the container was in poor condition: stained and completely dirty, which I did not expect from a company that is supposed to handle waste professionally. On top of that, the pickup process has been a mess. The dumpster has been on my property for 4 WEEKS, and they still haven't come to pick it up! I have called several times, and each time they tell me they'll come soon, but no one ever shows up.<br><br>This lack of commitment and professionalism is unacceptable. Not only have I wasted a lot of time waiting, but it's also taking up space on my property. I do not recommend this company at all, as they fail to meet deadlines or provide basic quality service. I will never use their services again."

My name is Irma I am the manager of C&C concrete pumping Orlando branch let me just say I have had an a wonderful experience I was in need of 2 dumpster as I was having issues with another company and they delivered it to me within 45 min as I was setting thing up with Kelly on the phone!!! her divers were amazing …<br>the guy who pick up the dumpster name is Saul he was super helpful and friendly and kind the lady I spoke to I believe her name was Kelly as well is super nice and answered all my question!!! I will be working with them more often thanks you guys for everything and to your boss your team is amazing
