I recently had an utterly dreadful encounter with this company. They scratched the rim of my tire right before my eyes, and then shockingly refused to take responsibility for their actions. Their proposed solution? A measly $40 discount on the towing fee. I am beyond disappointed with their lack of professionalism, accountability, and disregard for customer satisfaction.<br><br>From the moment this incident occurred, it was clear that they had no intention of rectifying the situation(insisted I use nail polish to fix it). Instead of owning up to their mistake and offering a proper solution, they chose to dismiss the issue and belittle the damage caused. It's truly disheartening to see a company operate with such blatant disregard for customer care.<br><br>As a customer, I expected the towing company to prioritize customer satisfaction and take immediate steps to address the damage they caused. However, they not only failed to offer any sort of resolution but also demonstrated a shocking lack of empathy and accountability. Their refusal to fix the problem, apart from the pitiful $40 discount, is an insult to any customer who values quality service.<br><br>The scratch on my tire rim may seem insignificant to some, but it represents the company's overall attitude towards its customers. Their dismissive behavior and refusal to take responsibility have left me with a feeling of deep frustration and disappointment. I trusted them to handle my vehicle with care, and they let me down in the worst possible way.<br><br>I strongly advise against using for any towing needs. They not only damaged my property but also demonstrated a complete lack of integrity and customer service. I urge potential customers to steer clear of this company, as they clearly prioritize their own interests over the satisfaction and well-being of their customers.<br><br>In summary, my experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. I was totally impressed with the entire experience. They communicated well, were very courteous and helpful, made me feel at ease. When the tow truck got here they were also kind courteous and helpful and on time. They went out of their way to be accommodating. So nice to see in today’s world. I would recommend and use again definitely.
