Airport towing just here blocking colonial Drive no police officers no nothing on scene tow truck driver just says let me block the whole road. How are these people allowed to be a tow truck service and that’s the type of brain matter that they have and then has to move the truck three times before he knows how to be a Tow Truck operator then the tow truck operator is just letting the whole colonial drive back up with traffic and he’s just taking his sweet old time to secure this vehicle. What a way to put us at risk as other drivers.

This company should be investigated immediately.<br>My car was towed from the Mall at Millenia and taken here without proper authorization.<br>When I went to pick it up, the employee screamed at me, refused to show any documents, and forced me to pay before I could even see my car.<br><br>They charged me over $500, including a $250 “Lien Release Fee” — which is completely illegal under Florida law since my car was stored for less than three days.<br><br>The behavior was disgusting, intimidating, and abusive.<br>The man’s attitude was pure bullying — shouting at customers, refusing transparency, and treating people like trash.<br><br>A Sheriff’s deputy told me this company is already known for similar complaints. That says it all.<br><br>I have the entire incident on video and have already filed a formal complaint with Orange County Consumer Protection.<br><br>DO NOT trust this company. DO NOT go alone. Record everything.<br><br>This place is a perfect example of how towing abuse happens.

My motorbike was overdue for re-registration (I wasn't riding it in the winter, and it expired December 31). My apartment complex hired Airport Towing to notify residents of expired tags (which aren't allowed to sit in the lot), and then they would tow them a few days later. I then renewed my registration online, and showed the office of the apartment complex the receipt of the transaction. The office told me to call the number on the ticket, but when I called, David informed me that it was the complex office's responsibility to update the list of vehicles to be towed, and wasn't sure why they had given me the run-around.<br><br>However, David was incredibly helpful and was able to remove my vehicle from the list of vehicles to be towed (once I had emailed him the receipt that proved I had fulfilled my responsibility to avoid towing ie. renewing registration).<br><br>He was super kind and helpful, and got my issue resolved even when it wasn't his direct responsibility to do so.<br>Thanks David!<br>I'll be sure to remember to renew my tag before it's overdue next time
