Classic bait and switch. Person on phone quoted me $200 and said would puck up vehicle in an hour. After an hour and a half got a phone call from the dtiver that he would be there in a half hour. Expecting a tow truck, I was very surprised to see a man in a beat up compact car with no company name on it. He looked under the hood and said he wasn't interested in it. I asked what happened to the $200 and the tow truck I was promised. He said the dispatcher just gives an estimate and he makes the decision whether it is worth shipping out of the country. Very misleading to say the least. I thought I was dealing with a local junkyard according to the website.<br>He finally agreed to give me $150 and said the tow truck would pick up in 45 minutes.

Took me about a week to junk my car I was going to give up but thank god I found this junk company. I had a 2002 Honda Accord I replaced my title but I had my keys and registration. Called about 15 junk company's till I found the one that paid top dollar. The gentlemen that came to buy the car was so polite and professional that the service made me feel so good to give them my car for the price they gave me. I truly recommend this company.

Horrible experience! They said first 350, then there was an issue with the toll so they dropped it to 300, fine , but when I first talk to the manager I specifically told him that the car was undriveable, total loss, when they showed up they said 250 bc I never told him, TOTAL BS!!! total Scam , rude, un professional, DONT GO THERE , if I could give them -5 stars I would .
