This has to be the worst tow company anywhere. It is one of the worst companies. This company ripped off part of my lower front fender. The towing cable also sliced opened my front passenger side shock. When I called the company to see if they are willing to discuss the damages that were done, they denied even being there. Then they said that God was going to punish me.<br><br>UPDATE:<br>It appears that this tow company was working without having insurance. There is at least one BBB complaint against this company. However, it's misleading, it implies that this company is owned by a church. Safer database shows thar this company is owned by someone else. Safer also shows that their USDOT number is inactive. Finally, this companies purported address is shared by other companies owned by the same married couple.

A friend had their vehicle hooked up to the tow truck right when we walked out. We were told we had 5 minutes to get $80 cash or we could pay the $210 impound fee. We agreed to pay credit card and driver R told us they only deal in cash with his company. In Orange County they are required by law to give you 15 minutes and must accept credit/debit payment. I called the company last night and employee C said the pickup wasn’t even reported. Then this morning the secretary said no record of the pickup could be found and she assured me at 8:45 someone would call me back by day’s end. At 4:30 PM I called and she said the same after apologizing for no one reaching out and again assured me that someone would call me back. Nothing yet. I’ll continue to share reviews as I learn if this is one employee or if it is indicative of the company. I know in Orange County these actions were illegal, anyone know Seminole Co. laws on towing?<br><br>(Update: 36 hours after being told a manager, then the owner would be reaching out, no one has called. Local law enforcement has assured me this company is shady at best. Further updates coming as they unfold)
