Kim was absolutely amazing — the first female tow driver I’ve worked with across five separate hyperbaric chamber deliveries to our other locations, and hands down one of the best.<br><br>She was also the first crew to arrive on site and right on time, which is critical when coordinating multiple crews. With deliveries like this, one small hiccup can delay the entire process, and Kim’s punctuality set the tone for a smooth operation from the start.<br><br>These medical chambers are extremely expensive, oversized, and incredibly heavy, so precision and confidence matter. The pressure of that responsibility didn’t faze Kim at all. She led the delivery with calm professionalism, clear communication, and expert handling every step of the way.<br><br>Thanks to her leadership, the delivery was safe, smooth, and completely incident-free. I don't usually write reviews. But I was so impressed by Kim! She is amazing! Professional, polite and just such a nice person. She had the car out of here in moments. Really knows her business. They will be my go to forever. Highly recommend them.
