After having a really bad experience at Toyota of Central Florida (which is only about 20 minutes from our home), we decided to give Toyota of Melbourne a try even though it’s over an hour away. Let me just say, that drive was 1000% worth it. We have now purchased three vehicles from Toyota of Melbourne a 2024, a 2025, and most recently a 2026 just a week ago all thanks to Erick Zayas. From the moment we walked in, Erick welcomed us warmly, offered us water, and made sure we were comfortable. He stood with us through the whole process and made sure to get us the best deal. I’m truly grateful how he stood by us guided us through the entire process with patience, transparency, and professionalism. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed. He made sure we understood everything and felt confident in our decision. I’ve bought many cars in my life, and not one dealership has ever made me feel as comfortable and secure throughout the process as Erick did.
