I was in an accident and my car was towed by Imperial. The adjuster went to their lot and estimated $7800 in damages. I went to the lot to retrieve some items from my car 2 days before It was getting towed from the Imperial lot to the body shop. Everything was fine inside. Then yesterday when my car arrived at the body shop, all the seats in the back were flipped up, and all of my WeatherTech mats were gone, except for the large one that goes to the third row, It was crumbled up like they started to take it, but it was too big for someone to sneak it out, unlike the other floor mats, which are small and easier to conceal. While I was there, there were two employees smoking weed in one of the vehicles near mine, and one of their drivers was talking to me about the damage on my car, and he said he thinks it was gonna be totaled, Because he thought there was more than $8000 in damage from what he could see, and he said I should get everything I want out of the car, because I might no see it again. So that’s probably why they took the mats out. I called and talked to the owner, He said his employees are not thieves, and that they’re not responsible for any lost or stolen items, and hung up on me. They have surveillance cameras on their property, which is fenced in and secure. They know who took my floor mats. They thought my car was going to be totaled, so they took what they wanted.

Our car broke down at Einstein Bagels and we had a tow truck within 20 minutes take it to the service department at the car dealership. Thank you for your help but the car now needs a front end alignment.

Last night on March 6th our 16 year old daughter was in a car accident with her 15 year old sister in the car.The phone call that every parent prays they never get we got and thank God they both only had minor injuries and the other driver was ok too.Palm Bay Police called Imperial Towing to come pick up our daughters car as well as the other vehicle that was involved in the crash.The driver who came last night was great.Today my husband called to ask a few questions as far as their hours open and location and such and then headed there to take care of it all.Upon arrival he was greeted by a woman who was smoking a cigarette at the desk and told him that he had to pay $452.03 in cash only which they did not tell him on the phone.My husband thankfully had the cash but they did not have change for a $100 bill so he had to then go to a nearby store and make a purchase to get change.They had all of these insane fees-$114 towing ok yes,mileage $86.88,labor $36.46,extra person $75 when there was no extra person so not getting this,special equipment $18.83,storage $45.60 counted 2 days even though it didn’t come in until 11 last night but because it was a little after 12 today it counted as 2 days.Oh then the hand written added on admin fee of $67.13 which brought us to $453.03.We then needed the car towed to our house in Palm Bay and we were told that could go on a credit card and I didn’t even want to know what my husband had to pay for it.The truck arrived with our car and my husband told him where it needed to go in our driveway which we had a clear opening for because being the condition of the car we assumed he would back the tow truck up in our driveway and lower the car out this way but not the case.This driver got in our daughters car and proceeded to drive it up the driveway and most likely causing more damage to the car than what was already there.I was not out there for this and probably a good thing but we were both shocked by this and so is everyone else that we have talked to about it.I hope there is a place to attach pictures so everyone can see the damage of the car and how it was still driven into place in our driveway.Not happy one bit about any of this and we will never be using this company again and we will definitely be sharing our experience with family and friends.I feel like we were taken advantage of on some of the fees that we paid and the delivery of our car was just mind blowing.The passenger side was completely smashed in along with the whole wheel well with a tire and rim that was flat and bent all out of shape that we could not and would not drive on last night to even move it from the road but this driver did not care and just drove it up our drive way not caring what additional damage was caused.
