I had a terrible experience with Tri County Towing after being in a motorcycle accident. I was left waiting much longer than promised, and when the driver finally arrived, he admitted he was tired and even told me he “would move faster but he was tired.” After being in a crash and stranded, that was the last thing I needed to hear.<br><br>To make things worse, the driver strapped my bike down incorrectly, and during transport it actually fell over and was lying sideways on the truck. Instead of treating it seriously, he brushed it off like it wasn’t a big deal. Eventually they had to transfer my bike to a flatbed, which only delayed things further and showed how poorly it was handled from the start.<br><br>Between the long wait, poor communication, careless strapping, and dismissive attitude, this was one of the most unprofessional services I’ve ever dealt with. I cannot recommend Tri County Towing to anyone who values their vehicle or their time.

Ronny took care of me very well! Communication and safety was amazing, I felt very well comfortable with the entire process as he walked me thru a step by step process of how you guys do things. Very clean, professional and an awesome attitude towards the job. I will definitely call you guys back for futher business and hopefully I can have Ronny as a driver again! 10/10
