Not all heroes wear capes! Sheehan Towing came out and saved us stranded on the road with Boat and Trailer in tow (blew a hub bearing). The dispatcher was awesome and very helpful and Brennan the Semi driver was great. Great service at a reasonable price I would highly recommend

My vehicle was towed while I was attending a church festival, along with several others. While I understand towing companies are performing a service, there is absolutely no excuse for the way I was spoken to by an employee named Thomas.<br><br>Thomas initially told me that my vehicle would be held overnight because they “do not release cars after hours,” despite the fact that this business operates 24 hours a day. This directly contradicted Florida law regarding access to a towed vehicle. It was only after I explained the law to him that he decided to release my car.<br><br>When I arrived at the facility, his unprofessional and disrespectful behavior continued. He was hostile, dismissive, and spoke to me in a manner that was completely inappropriate for someone dealing with customers in an already stressful and expensive situation. He stomped away several times like a toddler throwing a temper tantrum simply because he has to DO HIS JOB.<br><br>Additionally, the entire establishment smelled strongly of pot upon arrival, which only added to the overall lack of professionalism displayed.<br><br>Having your vehicle towed is already frustrating enough. Customers should not have to argue their legal rights or be subjected to misinformation and disrespect in order to retrieve their own property.<br><br>Side note- Thomas was wearing a make American great again hat. Real conservative men don’t treat women with such blatant disrespect. He should be ashamed of himself and I hope he doesn’t have daughters.

Excellent service from JD at Sheehan’s! This guy deserves a raise. My car was just towed to an auto-shop by JD. The estimated wait time for the tow truck to arrive was 90 minutes but he showed up in 10, and politely called to let me know he was here. Our building downtown West Palm has a stated clearance of 9ft for the trucks to get into but as we went up to the 4th floor to collect my car, the clearance narrowed. JD expertly maneuvered that large truck to get to my car and was very careful to lead it out without causing damage to either his truck or my apartment’s compound. He was very polite and professional for the whole drive to the auto-shop and I felt very comfortable as a female driving alone in a tow truck with an unknown guy. His truck was quite clean and he delivered my car with care. My car is now being repaired and I will have to use for the holiday season. Thank you so much, JD and Sheehan’s.
